About Us

Founded in 1978, we have been servicing and manufacturing world-class quality cutting tools for over 30 years. The founder, Les, being originally from the European city of Gdansk (Danzig) was largely influenced by German and Polish master tool and machine makers. He was taught the traditional, high precision, high quality methods of tool design and manufacture.

In 1973, Les moved from Poland to Chicago with a dream of making a better future. Being a cutting tool and machine designer, his desire was to marry the quality and craftsmanship of European cutting tool making with American know how. Les wanted to make tooling with world-class craftsmanship and be affordable at the same time.

Unlike most tooling distributors, we have a fully staffed and equipped tool shop.
